Welcome to Interiors Network Portugal (“our platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Overview

Interiors Network Portugal is a networking platform designed to connect professionals, brands, and students in the interiors and design sectors.

Through the Platform, users can create accounts, connect with other members, search for brands, and register for events.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you are legally able to enter into binding agreements in your country of residence.

By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.

Both individual and brand accounts are supported. While brands may access additional features, the general terms of use apply equally to all users.

4. Membership Payments

Some features or memberships may require a one-time payment.

All payments on the Platform are processed securely through Eupago – Instituição de Pagamento, Lda., via MB WAY.

By making a payment, you authorize us and our payment partner to process your transaction in accordance with applicable laws and payment regulations in Portugal.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.

6. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You may not:

• Post or share false, offensive, or misleading information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that could harm the Platform or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interiors Network Portugal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and notify registered users in advance.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
